Yes, we deliver to anywhere in the continent of Africa
For Nairobi based buyers, payment is on delivery. For buyers based outside Nairobi, payment is upfront.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your product, you may exchange/return it within 14 days of receiving your item and we will either replace it or refund you your full purchase price less delivery fees.
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be unused and in the same brand new condition that you received it which includes the tags/labels. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
